Every Thrapt order is made specifically for you when you place it. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Nothing gets pulled off a shelf. Your piece is printed and packed to order — which means it's worth the wait.

How long does it take?

In plain terms: expect your order within 7–14 days for most destinations from the day you place it. If you're outside the US, allow up to 3 weeks to be safe.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Tracking

Every order comes with a tracking number. You'll receive it by email once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 7 days of ordering, contact us

Important notes

• Double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect address will incur new shipping charges to reship.
• Delays can occur due to factors outside our control — customs clearance, local holidays, or carrier issues. In these cases we'll do everything we can to keep you updated.

Because every piece in a Thrapt drop is made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind or sizing errors. Please use the size guide on each product page carefully before ordering.

What we WILL fix:

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective — that's on us and we'll make it right.

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

• A clear photo of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

We'll review it and sort it out — either a replacement or a full refund depending on the situation.

What we WON'T accept returns for:

• Wrong size ordered (please check the size guide)
• Change of mind
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Returns sent without prior confirmation from us — unconfirmed returns will not be accepted
